Customer Service. Our staff is here to assist you before and after the sale with unsurpassed service. In addition to our great deals, we offer warranty and guarantee programs. We also offer other computer services, outcalls at your home or place of business and do all repairs in-house. See our repair page for more information.
Call or come by today and let us help you choose a computer that's right for you! The type of system that best suits you is determined in part by how you plan to use the unit. Do you need one for personal use to write a book, surf the internet or play the latest video games? Does your sales team need the latest IBM business machine or a tough inexpensive one for sales presentations? Desktop or Laptop? Generally, desktop computers are less expensive than a laptop with the same specs. Video gaming machines are usually more expensive than business grade models.
Warranty. We offer a 30 day warranty on all off-lease computers that are purchased from us. (Many of our laptops used or new may still have a manufacturer warranty still on them). Our 30 day warranty will allow you to return your computer if you incur any problems with the hardware in the computer. We will fix your computer at no cost to you or we will give you 100% of the purchase price toward another model or upgrade within this time period.
3 MONTH WARRANTY- You may purchase an additional 3 month warranty for $29.95 which is a total of 4 months including the free 30 day warranty mentioned above.
12 MONTH WARRANTY- You can also purchase a 12 month warranty for $49.95.
Additional warranty need not be purchased at the time of sale but must be before the prior warranty expires.
Guarantee. Within the first 30 days of the purchase of a computer, if you would like to upgrade your system to another, we will give you 100% of what you paid for the computer toward another unit. Within the first year of ownership of your computer you may trade up to another for 70% of the original purchace price
*Must have your original receipt. Before any warranty or guarantee can be honored, our techs will need to test your trade in to make sure it is in good working condition. If there is any breakage, software, user error issues, viruses, etc. these are not honored under the warranty/guarantee.
